摘 要:三角形挂篮使用主桁架构件数量很少,具有传递力简单、重心低、行走平稳的优点。结合工程实践对三角形挂篮进行分析及研究,采用有限元软件对三角形挂篮的强度、刚度、稳定性进行了验算。结果表明:底模构件上的应力最大为164 MPa,最大竖向位移为5 mm;扁担梁可承受集中荷载488 kN,及最大剪应力74 MPa,最大组合应力为95 MPa;主构架支点反力为1668 kN,最大竖向位移为15 mm,以上验算结果均满足结构设计要求。The main truss members of triangle hanging basket which have the advantages of simple force transfer,low center of gravity and smooth walking are few.Combined with the engineering practice,the triangular hanging basket is analyzed and studied,and the strength,stiffness and stability of triangle hanging basket are checked by finite element software.The calculation results show that maximum stress on the bottom die member is 164 MPa,the maximum vertical displacement is 5 mm;the carrying pole beam bears concentrated load of 488 kN,the maximum shear stress is 74 MPa,the maximum combined stress is 95 MPa;the main frame fulcrum reaction force is 1668 kN,the maximum vertical displacement is 15 mm.The above checking results meet the requirements of structural design.
