摘　　要：TBM掘进机集“机械、电气、液压”等技术于一体,凭借旋转刀盘持续开挖岩层,实现对坚硬岩层快速开挖、出碴、支护等作业“一条龙”,具有安全、快速、环保等特点,被广泛应用于公路、铁路、地铁等工程建设。结合隧道TBM掘进施工实践经验,以某隧道工程进口段掘进施工为例,对TBM掘进施工技术要点予以细致探讨,以期为广大隧道施工技术人员参考。The TBM roadheader integrates multiple technologies such as“mechanical,electrical,and hydraulic”,and continuously excavates rock formations with a rotating cutterhead,realizing a“one-stop”operation of rapid excavation,slagging,and support of hard rock formations,has the characteristics of safety,speed,and environmental protection,and is widely used in highways,railways,subways and other engineering constructions.Based on practical experience of tunnel TBM tunneling construction,taking tunneling construction of entrance section of a tunnel project as an example,the key points of TBM tunneling construction technology are discussed in detail,hoping to provide effective reference for majority of tunnel construction technicians.
