摘 要:滁州创新示范基地工程EPC项目为大型轻钢结构厂房快速建造项目,轻钢结构厂房基础形式为钢筋混凝土结构,地脚锚栓采用直埋固定的形式,共7200个,地脚锚栓定位预埋效率直接影响厂房基础施工速度。为提高钢结构厂房基础地脚锚栓预埋效率,研发一种钢结构预埋定位装置,以该装置为核心采用大型轻钢结构厂房地脚锚栓快速定位预埋施工技术,解决了常规测量逐个定位地脚锚栓效率低、不同基础定位点之间存在偏差等问题,提高了地脚锚栓预埋定位速度,为类似工程施工提供参考。The EPC project of Chuzhou Innovation Demonstration Base Project is a rapid construction project of large light steel structure workshop.The foundation form of light steel structure workshop is reinforced concrete structure.The anchor bolts are directly buried and fixed.There are 7200 anchor bolts in total.The positioning and pre-embedding efficiency of anchor bolts directly affects the construction speed of the steel structure workshop foundation.In order to improve efficiency of pre-embedding anchor bolts for foundation of steel structure workshops,a steel structure embedded positioning device was developed.With this device,the rapid positioning and pre-embedding construction technology of anchor bolts for large light steel structure workshops was adopted to solve the problems such as low efficiency of positioning anchor bolts one by one by conventional measurement,deviation between different foundation positioning points,to improve pre-embedding positioning speed of anchor bolt and provide reference for construction of similar projects.
