摘  要:在南水北调工程中,亦庄A水厂地处于北京市东南部,解决了北京市城区东南部地区及亦庄新城地区居民用水的燃眉之急。北京亦庄A水厂建设规模为50万m3/d,预处理工艺主要采用预臭氧化联合体,由预臭氧接触池与细格栅间、机械混合井合建。以北京亦庄A水厂为例,参考相关规范及国内其他工程的成功设计经验,探讨细格栅、预臭氧、机械混合井联合体构筑物的工艺设计要点;对预处理工艺的关键设计参数进行了论述,并简要阐述细格栅、预臭氧、机械混合井联合体构筑物的工艺流程。In South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the Yizhuang A water plant is located in the southeast of Beijing,which undoubtedly solves urgent need for water for residents in southeastern part of Beijing's urban area and Yizhuang New City area.The construction scale of Beijing Yizhuang A Water Plant is 500000 m3/d,and the pre-treatment process mainly adopts the pre-ozonation complex,which is jointly constructed by pre-ozonation contact pool,fine grid,and the mechanical mixing well.Taking Yizhuang A Water Plant in Beijing as an example,with reference to relevant specifications and successful design experience of other domestic projects,key points of process design of the fine grid,pre-ozonation,and mechanical mixing well complex structure are discussed.The key design parameters of the pretreatment process are expounded,and the process flow of fine grid,pre-ozonation contact pool and mechanical mixing well complex structure is briefly described.
