门式支架液压控制管路快速接头技术的改造研究

摘　　要：针对门式支架液压控制管路快速接头存在密封不合理导致漏液严重、窜液的问题,基于对液压支架的结构分析,对可能导致控制管路快速连接头漏液的原因进行说明,提出门式支架液压控制管路快速接头技术改造,提高了工作面安全系数,减轻了劳动者的工作强度。Aiming at the problems of unreasonable sealing,serious liquid leakage and liquid channeling of the quick connector of the hydraulic control pipeline of the portal support,according to the structural analysis of the hydraulic support,through the analysis of the reasons that may cause the liquid leakage of the quick connector of the control pipeline,this paper puts forward the research on the technical transformation of the quick connector of the hydraulic control pipeline of the portal support to improve the safety factor of working face and reduce the working intensity of workers.
