摘　　要：综合分析了国内外激光测距仪的发展概况,以相位式激光测距仪的测量原理为基础,以高精度时间间隔测量芯片为核心,设计研制了激光测距仪的光电检测放大电路和混频电路,并对电路进行了仿真分析,结果证明相位式激光测距仪具有高精度分析能力。The development of laser rangefinder at home and abr oad is comprehensively analyzed. Based on the measurement principle of phase laser rangefinder, the photoelectric detection amplification circuit and frequency mixing circuit of laser rangefinder are designed and developed with high precision time interval measurement chip as the core. The circuit is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the phase laser rangefinder has high precision analysis ability.
