摘 要:针对普通给料机与堆下活化给料机的不同性能和特点,基于长子南煤炭集运站实际情况,提出了设备具体的安装程序和试运行要求,并对堆下活化给料机的应用效果进行评价。应用结果表明,堆下活化给料机运行稳定可靠,避免了输出量减小、架桥、鼠洞等问题,提高了抗冲击能力和煤炭运输量,降低了故障率、运维费用,具有很好的应用前景。According to the different performance and characteristics of ordinary feeder and under pile activation feeder, based on the actual situation of Changzi South Coal Gathering Station, the specific installation procedures and trial operation requirements of the equipment are put forward, and the application effect evaluation of under pile activation feeder is completed. The application results show that the operation of the under pile activation feeder is stable and reliable, the output reduction, bridging, rat hole and other problems are avoided, the impact resistance and coal transportation capacity are improved, the failure rate and operation and maintenance cost are reduced, and it has a good application prospect.
