摘  要:为改善某矿五采区集中运输巷掘进迎头环境质量的问题,从而为作业人员工作创造良好条件,基于掘进工作面实际情况,选择使用型号为KCG-600D的干式除尘器降低工作面粉尘浓度。对选用的干式除尘器结构以及现场管理措施等进行分析,并依据掘进迎头实际情况,对现场布置情况进行阐述。现场应用后,掘进迎头综掘司机位置、掘进迎头后方50 m位置粉尘质量浓度分别降低至4.62 mg/m3、3.61 mg/m3,综合除尘效率达到98%以上,现场应用效果较好。研究成果可为其他矿井综掘工作面粉尘治理提供技术借鉴。In order to improve the environmental quality of the centralized transport lane in the 5 mining area and create good conditions for the operators, the type KCG-600 D dry dust collector is selected to reduce the dust concentration on the working surface. Analysis on the selected dry dust collector structure and site management measures, and explain the site layout according to the actual situation of tunneling. After on-site application, the dust concentration of the position of the tunneling head-on driver and 50 m behind the tunneling head-on was reduced to4.62 mg/m3 and 3.61 mg/m3 respectively, with the comprehensive dust removal efficiency reaching over 98%, and the dust control effect is good for on-site application. The research results can provide technical reference for the dust treatment on the comprehensive excavation working surface of other mines.
