摘 要:针对综采工作面液压支架初撑力调整采用人工调整的方式存在调整精度差、耗时长、安全风险大等问题,提出一种液压支架初撑力控制系统。该系统以工作油缸液压压力调整为基础,通过电磁控制阀对液压支架初撑力进行调整。在1506综采工作面现场应用后,该系统可在10 s内即完成初撑力调整,且初撑力最大变化量在0.3 MPa以内,取得较为显著的应用成效。The manual adjustment of the initial support force of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized working face has some problems,such as poor adjustment accuracy,long time consuming and high safety risk.A hydraulic support initial support force control system is proposed.Based on the hydraulic pressure adjustment of working cylinder,the system adjusts the initial support force of hydraulic support through electromagnetic control valve.After field application in 1506 fully mechanized working face,the system can complete the adjustment of initial support force in 10 s,and the maximum change of initial support force is within 0.3 MPa.
