摘  要:为了提高刮板输送机运行可靠性,针对5603综放工作面使用的SGB-630/2×150刮板输送机存在电机功率不平衡、刮板链张力异常等问题,提出一种变频控制系统。该控制系统以S7-1500PLC为核心,使用ET200SP从站对机尾、机头异步电机、变频器以及刮板链张紧情况进行监测,并详细对该变频控制系统构成、硬件以及软件结构进行设计。现场应用后,该变频控制系统上位机可实时对刮板输送机运行情况进行监测,并实现了刮板机多级驱动功率平衡,取得较为显著的应用成果。In order to improve the operation reliability of scraper conveyor, a frequency conversion control system is proposed for the motor power imbalance of SGB-630/2×150 scraper conveyor and abnormal scraper chain tension of5603. The control system uses S7-1500 PLC as the core to monitor the tail, head asynchronous motor, frequency converter and scraper chain tension, and designs the frequency conversion control system, hardware and software structure. After field application, the frequency conversion control system can monitor the operation of scraper conveyor in real time, and realize the multi-stage drive power balance of scraper, and achieve remarkable application results.
