精密铸造技术在工业设备制造中的应用现状分析

摘　　要：从传统铸造工艺和精密铸造工艺的概念、工艺流程、特点等分析铸造技术的发展历程,从水玻璃型壳精密铸造工艺、异型舱壳精密铸造工艺、三通件精密铸造工艺等三个方面对精密铸造技术在工业上的具体应用进行了分析研究。分析认为,精密铸造技术在传统铸造技术发展的基础上,已经成为了一种先进的铸造技术,其在工业设备制造中的应用可以大大提高工业设备的性能。The development course of casting technology is analyzed from the concept,process flow and characteristics of traditional casting technology and precision casting technology.The specific application of precision casting technology in industry is analyzed from three aspects of precision casting technology of sodium silicate shell,special-shaped cabin shell and tee.Based on the development of traditional casting technology,precision casting technology has become an advanced casting technology,and its application in industrial equipment can greatly improve the performance of industrial equipment.
