摘　　要：针对铁路货车车钩分离的故障现象,从钩体、钩舌和钩尾框疲劳断裂,车钩防跳部位作用不良,车钩限度尺寸超限多方面对车钩分离原因进行了分析,针对性提出了车钩分离故障的预防措施,以提高铁路货车运输的安全性。In view of the failure phenomenon of coupler separation of railway freight cars,this paper analyzes the causes of coupler separation from the aspects of fatigue fracture of coupler body,coupler tongue and coupler yoke,poor function of coupler anti jumping part and overrun of coupler limit size,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures for coupler separation failure,so as to improve the safety of railway freight car transportation.
