摘　　要：制动装置是铁路货车的重要组成部分,是铁路货车运输秩序和安全的重要保障。根据某集团铁路运营公司近年来制动管系裂折和泄漏故障的统计,以及铁路货车检修工艺,对产生制动管系裂折、漏泄故障的原因进行分析,结合工作实践提出技术防范方案,以降低制动系统故障的发生,保障铁路货运的安全。The braking device is an important part of railway truck and an important guarantee for the order and safety of railway trucks.According to the statistics of brake pipe cracking and leakage failure of a group railway operation company in recent years,and the maintenance process of railway truck,the causes of brake pipe fracture and leakage faults are analyzed,and the technical prevention plan is put forward combined with working practice to reduce the occurrence of brake system failure and ensure the safety of railway freight.
