摘  要:多主元高熵合金将成分设计范围延伸到多元相图纵深区域,其没有明确的溶剂和溶质区别,因此此类合金具有更加复杂的成分、独特的原子结构和高混合熵,表现出很多不同于传统固溶体的独特性能。这些独特特征也决定了多主元高熵合金的凝固行为区别于传统合金,尤其是溶质再分配、凝固组织形成和晶粒细化方法等方面。从多主元高熵合金的成分角度出发,主要综述了典型多主元高熵合金体系的凝固组织特征、成分偏析和晶粒细化方法,并对多主元高熵合金凝固行为和组织调控的研究进行了展望。Multi-principal-element high-entropy alloy extends the composition design to the deep regions of the multicomponent phase diagram,which has no clear difference between solvent and solute.Therefore,these alloys have a more complex composition,unique atom structure and high mixing entropy and manifest lots of distinctive properties,determining that the solidification behavior of the multi-principal element high entropy alloy is different from that of the traditional alloy,especially in aspects of solute redistribution,solidification microstructure formation and grain refinement methods.Based on the complex compositions of multi-principal-element high entropy alloys,the solidification structure,composition segregation and methods of grain refinement of some typical systems were mainly reviewed,and the future research on solidification behaviors and microstructure control was prospected.
