摘  要:利用Fluent平台模拟13 t海绵钛反应器绝热、对流及强制风冷工况,不同加料速度下反应器的温度场分布和变化曲线。结果发现,在绝热及自然对流工况下,反应区温度随加料速度增大而升高,加料速度为705 kg/h时温度比505 kg/h时高180 K;强制风冷工况下,在405、505、605、705、805 kg/h的加料速度下的温度场与405 kg/h时自然对流时的温度场相近,有效控制和改善了温度分布。反应初期,反应器温度随时间延长快速上升,在505 kg/h的加料速度下,经3.44 h,反应区温度达到峰值为1358 K,在16.67 h后温度稳定在1262 K;加料速度为705 kg/h,经1.67 h,温度峰值为1434 K,15.28 h后稳定在1307 K。Fluent platform was used to simulate the heat insulation,natural convection and forced air cooling of a sponge titanium reactor with capacity of 13 t,as well as the temperature field distribution and variation curves of the reactor under different feeding rates.The results indicate that under the condition of heat insulation and natural convection,the temperature in reaction zone is increased with the increase of the feeding rate,where the rate of 705 kg/h is 180 K higher than that of 505 kg/h.At forced air cooling,the temperature field with feed rates of 405,505,605,705 and 805 kg/h is similar to that with 405 kg/h under natural convection,which effectively controls and improves the temperature distribution.The simulation results reveal that the temperature is increased rapidly firstly,and reaches the peak value of 1358 K at 500 kg/h for 3.44 h,which is stable at 1262 K after 16.67 h.When feeding rate is 705 kg/h,the temperature reaches the peak of 1434 K after 1.67 h,and then becomes stable at 1307 K after 15.28 h.
