摘  要:研究了C_(2)Cl_(6)除气、超声除气、熔剂除气及氩气除气4种方法对AZ91镁合金氢含量及力学性能的影响。结果表明,氩气除气效果最佳,每100 g镁中氢含量可减少到7.3 cm^(3)。对应的抗拉强度为200 MPa,屈服强度为128 MPa,伸长率为5.2%。研究了氢含量与合金力学性能的相关性,结果表明,每100 g镁中氢含量低于11 cm^(3)时,进一步除氢对AZ91镁合金力学性能的影响不明显。The effects of C_(2)Cl_(6),ultrasonic,flux and argon degassing on hydrogen content and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that argon has the satisfeid hydrogen removal effect,where the hydrogen content can be decreased to 7.3 cm^(3)/100 g.The corresponding tensile strength,yield strength and elongation reach 200 MPa,128 MPa and 5.2%,respectively,at room temperature.Meanwhile,the effects of hydrogen content on the mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy were investigated.When the hydrogen content in AZ91 alloy is less than 11 cm^(3)/100 g,further degassing of hydrogen content has little effect on mechanical properties.
