摘 要:界面传热系数(IHTC)是铸造数值模拟前处理时需要设置的边界条件之一,对铸件凝固过程温度场计算精度有重要影响。采用ProCAST软件反算模块和试样不同壁厚处实测温度数据反算求得K4169高温合金熔模铸造试样-陶瓷型壳间的界面传热系数,并分别用于试样熔模铸造数值模拟,结果表明,计算温度与实测温度误差均在3%以内。The interfacial heat transfer coefficient(IHTC)is one of the boundary condition for the preprocess of casting numerical simulation,which has an important effect on the calculation accuracy of the temperature field during solidification process.The IHTCs between the K4169 alloy and ceramic shell mold were obtained through ProCAST inverse module and the temperature measured from various positions with different thicknesses of the specimens,which was applied to the numerical simulation.The results indicate that the error between calculated and measured temperature is within 3%.
