摘 要:为探明沥青路面服役状态早期性能演变机理,通过定义沥青路面非显性结构完整性的基本内涵,从微细观界面参数性能及亚临界裂纹的混沌演化角度,对沥青路面的非显性失效做出评定。考虑沥青与集料的细观界面过渡区界面厚度D、界面弹性模量E和界面强度F为非显性结构完整性直接参数,进行量纲一化处理,研究直接参数变化对沥青路面衰变的微细观影响。同时以细观尺度裂纹尖端J积分为间接参数,确定衰变加速与裂纹失稳扩展的临界状态。在实际算例分析中,将细观尺度下的沥青混合料简化为粗集料、沥青砂浆和界面组成的三相复合材料参数。基于跨尺度分析机理与主-子模型位移传递方法,建立了宏观-细观有限元模型,考虑500次循环车轴荷载作用时沥青路面局部细观力学响应,选取了4处细观区域进行研究。初始设定量纲一化后单项参数[D]′与[F]′阈值为20%,[E]′的阈值为10%,超过单项阈值即可对界面性能产生一定影响。并采用相关算例实现了微裂纹萌生和动态演化模拟扩展过程,为非显性结构完整性的间接参数J积分评价提供了前置要素。结果表明:直接参数变化量超限度[ΔZ]′>15%时,界面将产生非显性失效;即使不考虑直接参数与间接参数耦合作用,单一参数超限度会对直接参数变化量ΔZ失效产生直接影响,ΔZ失效严重度受各项参数叠加影响;断裂韧度J_(C)与ΔZ呈负相关,当ΔZ从5.32%增加到28.51%时,相应J_(C)从1.725下降到0.724 kJ/m^(2),即随着路面非显性结构失效情况加剧,沥青混合料界面性能下降,其断裂韧度也相应降低。基于双判据准则可以初步揭示直接参数与间接参数的影响效应,进而为沥青路面的非显性结构完整性失效评定提供支撑。该研究可为沥青路面早期失效拐点判定与预防性养护提供参考。In order to explore the early performance evolution mechanism of asphalt pavement in service state,by defining the basic concept of invisible structure integrity of asphalt pavement,the invisible failure of asphalt pavement was evaluated from the perspective of the micro interface parameter performance and the chaotic evolution of subcritical cracks.The interface thickness D,elastic modulus E and strength F of the meso interface transition zone between asphalt and aggregate were considered as the direct parameters of invisible structure integrity and normalized to study the meso effect of direct parameter changes on asphalt pavement decay.The indirect parameter J at the meso-scale crack tip was used to determine the critical state of decay acceleration and crack instability growth.In the analysis of practical example,the asphalt mixture in meso-scale was simplified as three-phase composite materials composed of coarse aggregate,asphalt mortar and interface.Based on the mechanism of cross-scale analysis and the displacement transfer method of sub-model,the macro-meso finite element model was established.Considering the meso mechanical response of asphalt pavement under 500 cycles of axle load,four meso regions were selected.After initial normalization,the threshold values of single parameter[D]′and[F]′were 20%,and the threshold value of[E]′was 10%.If the threshold value exceeds the single limit value,the interface performance will be affected.The relevant examples realized process of meso-crack initiation and dynamic evolution,and provided a pre factor for indirect parameter J-integral evaluation of invisible structural integrity.The results show that when the direct parameter change[ΔZ]′over 15%,the interface will produce invisible failure,even if the coupling effect of direct and indirect parameters is not considered,the single parameter exceeding the limit will directly affect theΔZ failure,and theΔZ failure severity is affected by the superposition of various parameters.The fracture toughness J_(C)i
