摘　　要：针对核电站隔离阀驱动装置中使用的安全相关电磁阀,研制了电磁阀综合性能测试台。介绍了这一电磁阀综合性能测试台的气液系统和电气控制系统,给出了电气控制策略。这一电磁阀综合性能测试台可以用于对核电站隔离阀驱动装置用安全相关电磁阀的动作电压、释放电压、响应时间、泄漏率、密封性、线圈允许温度、工作介质压力等进行试验,并可以进行循环老化试验,通过高频响应数据采集卡和Labview软件编程实现试验数据的采集、记录等功能。For safety related solenoid valve used in actuating device of isolation valve in nuclear power plant,a comprehensive performance test bench for solenoid valve had been developed.The gas liquid system and electrical control system of this comprehensive performance test bench for solenoid valve were introduced,and the electrical control strategy was given.This comprehensive performance test bench for solenoid valve can be used to test the operating voltage,release voltage,response time,leakage rate,tightness,allowable coil temperature,working medium pressure,etc.of safety related solenoid valve used in actuating device of isolation valve in nuclear power plant.And it can carry out cyclic aging test,and realize the functions of test data collection and recording through high frequency response data acquisition card and Labview software programming.
