摘 要:为解决R290冷媒热泵空调低温制热时易产生絮状物造成油堵,空调功率低,制热性能差等问题,基于6σ思想,进行了R290冷媒热泵空调低温制热性能改善研究。在研究中,进行鱼骨图分析,并在优化空调程序控制和硬件的基础上进行试验设计。试验结果表明,低温制热性能改善后,R290冷媒热泵空调在低温制热工况中连续工作十几个周期未出现油堵,空调系统正常运行,压缩机无空转。所做研究为改善可燃性冷媒热泵空调低温制热性能提供了参考和依据。In order to solve the problems of oil clogging caused by flocculation,low power of air conditioner and poor heating performance when R290 refrigerant heat pump air conditioner is heating at low temperature,based on the 6σconcept,a research on improvement of low temperature heating performance of R290 refrigerant heat pump air conditioner was carried out.In the research,fishbone diagram analysis was carried out,and experimental design was carried out on the basis of optimizing program control and hardware of the air conditioner.The test results show that after the low temperature heating performance is improved,the R290 refrigerant heat pump air conditioner works continuously for more than ten cycles in low temperature heating condition without oil blockage,the air conditioning system is operating normally,and the compressor is not idling.The research done provides reference and basis for improving the low temperature heating performance of flammable refrigerant heat pump air conditioner.
