摘 要:镀银紧固件在航天型号中应用广泛。库存中拥有此类物资的大量备料,然而在物资清查时发现,镀银紧固件在存放过程中表面出现了变色情况。对变色产品进行了形貌观察、能谱分析和锁紧性能试验。结果表明:变色区域反应产物为硫化银(Ag_(2)S),是银镀层与大气中的硫发生化学反应所生成的黑色化合物,变色情况仅影响银镀层外表面,未对紧固件本体及性能产生明显影响。为防止变色情况再次发生,制定了多项质量管控措施,以提高镀银产品的质量可靠性。The silver plated fasteners are widely used in aerospace models. A large number of such materials were in stock, but it was found that the surface of the silver-plated fasteners was discolored during storage. The morphology, energy spectrum analysis and locking performance test of discolored products were carried out. The results show that, the reaction product in the discoloration region is silver sulfide(Ag_(2)S), which is a black compound formed by the reaction of silver coating with sulfur in the atmosphere. The discoloration only affects the outer surface of the silver plating layer, but has no obvious effect on the fastener body and performance. In order to prevent the recurrence of discoloration, a number of quality control measures have been formulated to improve the quality and reliability of silver-plated products.
