摘 要:以20G钢为基体,通过超音速火焰喷涂技术制备了NiCr涂层和NiCr-ZrO_(2)涂层。对这两种涂层的样品进行了显微组织、空隙率、硬度和耐腐蚀性能分析。结果表明:低熔点的金属镍熔化均匀的包裹在金属铬上,NiCr-ZrO_(2)涂层的均匀性比NiCr涂层的更好;NiCr-ZrO_(2)涂层的平均空隙率低于NiCr涂层的;NiCr-ZrO_(2)涂层硬度因为加入了硬质相,达到737.6 HV,是NiCr涂层硬度的1倍多;NiCr-ZrO_(2)涂层的耐腐蚀性优于NiCr涂层的。NiCr and NiCr-ZrO_(2) coatings were prepared by high-velocity oxygen-fuel on 20 G steel substrate. The microstructure, porosity, microhardness and corrosion resistance of the two coatings were analyzed. The results show that low melting point metal nickel melts and attachs to the metal chrome evenly. The uniformity of NiCr-ZrO_(2) coating is better than that of NiCr coating. The average porosity of NiCr-ZrO_(2) coating is lower than that of NiCr coating. The hardness of NiCr-ZrO_(2) coating is up to 737.6 HV, which is more than one time of NiCr coating due to the addition of hard phase. The corrosion resistance of NiCr-ZrO_(2) coating is better than that of NiCr coating.
