摘 要:利用有限元软件ANSYS建立钢芯铝合金绞线(AACSR)三维实体模型,赋予模型热加工工艺处理后的材料属性,并做网格化处理,对模型进行静力学分析以及模态分析。采用静力学分析获得应力值,82MnA材质的镀锌钢线最大应力为297.98 MPa,铝合金股线最大应力为191.56 MPa,说明经过热处理的导线性能良好。经模态分析,获得前6阶的固有频率及振型云图,振动主要发生在外层铝合金股线,这可以为预防导线风振舞动提供依据。The three-dimensional solid model of steel core aluminum alloy strand(AACSR) was established by using finite element software ANSYS. The material properties of the model after hot working process were given and it was gridded,and the statics analysis and modal analysis of the model were carried out. The maximum stress of galvanized steel wire made of 82 MnA is 297.98 MPa and the maximum stress of aluminum alloy wire is 191.56 MPa by statics analysis, which indicates that the heat treated wire has good performance. Through modal analysis, the first six natural frequencies and vibration mode clouds were obtained. The vibration mainly occurs in the outer aluminum alloy strands, which can provide the basis preventing wind vibration dancing of the conductor.
