摘 要:采用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、直读光谱仪、金相显微镜等,对316L材质波纹管补偿器在一定温度、工作应力、介质相互作用下的泄漏原因进行了研究。结果表明:波纹管在服役过程中,组织发生了敏化,并在应力最大处发生了沿晶开裂,从波纹管与工作介质接触的外表面开裂,裂纹向内发展,逐层贯穿,最终导致波纹管补偿器泄漏。The scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analyzer,direct reading spectrometer and metalloscope were used to study,the leakage causes of 316 L bellows compensator under the interaction of temperature,working stress and medium were studied.The results show that,during service the microstructure of bellows is sensitized and intergranular cracking occurs at the maximum stress position.From the outside surface of the bellows contact with the working medium,the crack occurs and is develops inward and penetrates layer by layer,which finally leads to the leakage of the bellows compensator.
