醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果。方法 选择2019年1-12月山东省泰安市妇幼保健院收治的小儿肺炎继发性腹泻患儿84例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(n=42)和常规组(n=42)。常规组采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,联合组在常规组的基础上联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗。比较2组患儿的治疗效果、症状缓解时间和腹泻次数。结果 治疗1周后,联合组的总有效率为95. 2%,高于常规组的78. 6%(χ^(2)=5. 126,P=0. 024)。联合组腹泻、呕吐、发热症状缓解时间均短于常规组(P <0. 01)。治疗第1天,2组腹泻次数比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),联合组治疗第3天和第7天的腹泻次数均少于常规组(P <0. 01)。结论 醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻效果较好,可有效缓解临床症状,快速减少患儿的腹泻次数。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingpiyanger granule combined with bifidobacterium and lactobacillus triplet live tablet in the treatment of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea.Methods A total of 84 children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea admitted to Taian Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from January to December 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combined group(n=42)and the conventional group(n=42).The conventional group was treated with bifidobacterium and lactobacillus triplet live tablet,while the combined group was treated with Xingpiyanger granules on the basis of the conventional group.The treatment effect,symptom remission time and diarrhea frequency were compared between the two groups.Results After1 week of treatment,the total effective rate in the combined group was 95.2%,higher than the 78.6%of the conventional group(χ^(2)=5.126,P=0.024).The relief time of diarrhea,vomiting and fever in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.01).On the first day of treatment,there was no significant difference in the frequency of diarrhea between the two groups(P>0.05).The frequency of diarrhea in the combined group on the third and seventh days of treatment were less than that in the conventional group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xingpiyanger granule combined with bifidobacterium and lactobacillus triplet live tablet has a good effect in the treatment of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and quickly reduce the number of diarrhea in children.
