摘  要:面对甲醇产能过剩和芳烃市场需求旺盛的局面,煤基甲醇制取芳烃技术应运而生。本文综述了甲醇制芳烃技术的研究进展,总结了甲醇芳构化的反应机理,归纳了提高芳烃收率和催化剂稳定性的改性方法,详述了反应器型式和相关的工艺技术。分析认为,反应机理的研究、催化剂改性技术、高产对二甲苯技术的开发及反应器设计是甲醇芳构化反应未来重要的研究方向。Facing the overcapacity of methanol and the market demand for aromatics,the coal-based methanol to aromatics technology came into being.This article reviewed the research progress of methanol to aromatic technology.First,the reaction mechanism of methanol aromatization was summarized.Second,the modification methods to improve the aromatics yield and catalyst stability were summarized.Finally,the reactor design and related process technology of methanol to aromatic were described in detail.It is considered that the study of reaction mechanism,catalyst modification,technology development with high selectivity of para-xylene and reactor design are the important research directions of methanol to aromatics(MTA)reaction in the future.
