摘 要:采用传统湿式浸渍法制备了La2O_(3)掺杂的商业γ-Al_(2)O_(3)负载的沼气重整催化剂Ni-Co/La2O_(3)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)。采用CH4/CO_(2)体积比为1的混合气体模拟沼气,考察了反应器材质对沼气重整制氢催化剂性能的影响,进一步结合XRD、BET、TEM、TG-DSC等表征,探究了其对催化剂结构及反应器内壁积炭的影响。结果表明,反应器材质能影响催化剂的表面特性、稳定性以及反应器内壁的积炭情况;在反应310 h后不锈钢反应器内催化剂表面积炭量为6.09%,但反应510 h后石英管反应器内催化剂表面积炭量仅为1.91%;且不锈钢反应器内壁积炭严重,石英管反应器内壁无明显积炭;不锈钢反应器内壁的积炭主要是丝状碳纳米管和石墨碳。Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts(Ni-Co/La2O_(3)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3))supported by commercialγ-Al_(2)O_(3) modified with La2O_(3) were prepared by conventional wet impregnation for biogas reforming.A mixture of CH4/CO_(2) with volume ratio of 1 was used to simulate the biogas.The effect of reactor material on the performance of the biogas reforming catalyst was investigated.Further,combined with the characterization of XRD,BET,TEM and TG-DSC,the effects on the catalyst structures and carbon deposition on the inner wall of the reactor were explored.The results show that the reactor material can affect the surface characteristics and stability of the catalyst and the carbon deposition on the inner wall of the reactor.After 310 h of reaction,the carbon content of the catalyst surface area in stainless steel reactor is 6.09%,but after 510 h of reaction,the carbon content of the catalyst surface area in quartz tube reactor is only 1.91%.The carbon deposition on the inner wall of the stainless steel reactor is serious,and it is unconspicuous on the inner wall of the quartz tube reactor.The carbon deposition on the inner wall of the stainless steel reactor is mainly filamentous carbon nanotubes and graphite carbon.
