摘　　要：目的:探究山东省乡镇卫生院中医药综合服务区建设效果,并提出对策建议。方法:通过描述与对比,从资源配置、服务提供、文化建设和宣传三个方面分析乡镇卫生院中医药综合服务区建设现状及效果。结果:通过建设,中医药综合服务区平均建筑面积、诊疗设备种类及中医类别医师占比有所增加;中医药适宜技术数、门诊量增加,但中医药特色服务的提供率不高;文化建设和宣传力度不够。结论:应提高乡镇卫生院的中医药服务能力,加大文化宣传力度,建立财政投入长效机制,着力解决人员缺乏等问题。Objective To explore the construction effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive service area of township hospitals in Shandong Province, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Methods Through description and comparison, the present construction situation and effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive service area in township hospitals were analyzed from resource allocation, service provision, cultural construction and publicity. Results Through the construction, the average building area, the type of diagnosis and treatment equipment and the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine physician in traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive service area increased;the number of appropriate Chinese medicine techniques and the number of outpatient clinics increased, but the provision rate of Chinese medicine characteristic service is not high;cultural construction and publicity are not enough. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the traditional Chinese medicine service ability in township hospitals, strengthen cultural propaganda, establish a long-term mechanism for financial investment, and focus on solving problems such as lack of personnel.
