摘　　要：为适应DRG付费改革,以CHS-DRG为基础,结合DRG相关指标、医院成本管理方法、临床路径及作业成本核算方法,制定了一套适用于医院临床科室及病区住院医疗成本管理的方案,配套基于DRG的住院医疗成本管理及控制机制,以降低临床科室、医疗组及DRG病种的医疗成本,为医院成本管理及控制提供新思路。In order to adapt to the DRG payment reform, on the basis of CHS-DRG, combined with the relevant indicators of DRG, hospital cost management methods, clinical pathway and activity costing methods, a set of scheme suitable for hospitalization medical cost management in hospital clinical departments and wards was developed, which was equipped with DRG-based hospitalization medical cost management and control mechanism, so as to reduce the medical cost of clinical departments, medical groups and DRG diseases, provide new ideas for hospital cost management and control.
