摘 要:利用AUTODYN软件开展数值模拟,采用“升-降”法计算10 g钨合金球形破片撞击起爆由6 mm/9 mm厚45钢盖板屏蔽的B炸药所需的起爆速度阈值,并根据RichardM.Lloyd和Jacobs-Roslund撞击起爆屏蔽炸药模型方程进行了相同弹靶条件下的工程计算。结果表明,10 g钨合金球形破片撞击起爆6 mm/9 mm厚45钢盖板屏蔽的B炸药所需的速度阈值分别为2100 m/s和2200 m/s,且根据Jacobs-Roslund模型方程得到的计算结果与数值模拟结果更为相符。本文结论可为反导战斗部威力设计和威力评估提供依据。Using AUTODYN software to carry out numerical simulation,the“up-down”method was used to calcu⁃late the initiation velocity threshold of composition B shielded by 6 mm/9 mm thick 45 steel cover plate impacted by 10 g tungsten alloy spherical fragment.According to the Richard M.Lloyd and Jacobs-Roslund model equations,engineer⁃ing calculations under the same target conditions were carried out.The results show that the velocity threshold of 10 g tungsten alloy spherical fragment to detonate 6 mm/9 mm thick 45 steel shielded composition B is 2100 m/s and 2200 m/s respectively,and the calculated results based on Jacobs-Roslund model equation are more consistent with the numerical simulation results.The conclusion of this paper can provide a basis for the lethality design and assessment of anti-missile warhead.
