船用柴油机预啮合式气起动马达起动系统的分析

摘　　要：对船用柴油机预啮合式气起动马达起动系统的原理及各组成控制元件作了详细介绍,以叶片式预啮合气起动马达的起动系统为例,简要分析了气起动系统和气起动马达的工作特性,列举了气起动系统的常见故障,指出了气起动系统管路匹配的重要性;文中介绍了气起动系统的原理和规范化操作步骤,有助于船舶制造者和操作者正确理解及应用。The principle and control components of the starting system of the marine diesel engines are introduced in detail.Taking the starting system of the vane pre-engaged pneumatic starting motor as an example,this paper briefly analyzes the pneumatic starting system and the working characteristics of the pneumatic starting motor,lists the common faults of the pneumatic starting system,and points out the importance of the pipeline matching of the pneumatic starting system.The operation and standardized operations for the pneumatic starting system are covered,whick is beneficial to the correct understanding and application of ship builders and operators.
