摘  要:针对我公司自主研制煤矿用机载液压破碎机驱动马达损坏问题,在某煤矿进行实际工况数据采集,利用HYDAC数据采集仪得到破碎机实际工况马达输出参数曲线,并提出压力梯度概念。结果表明,大块煤矸石/煤矿落入破碎机时,驱动马达所受冲击较大,进口压力峰值高,压力梯度大,对马达的使用寿命影响明显。据此,通过实际工况测试确定了不同工况对破碎机驱动马达使用寿命的影响,并对煤矿用机载破碎机的液压系统设计、性能参数标示和恰当使用提出建议。Aiming at the problem of damage to the motor of the airborne hydraulic crusher for coal mines independently developed by our company,collecting actual working condition data in a coal mine,the motor output parameter curve of the crusher is obtained through the HYDAC data acquisition instrument,and the pressure gradient concept is proposed.The results show that:When a large piece of coal gangue/coal stone falls into the crusher,the drive motor is subject to greater impact,the inlet pressure peak is high,and the pressure gradient is large,which has a significant impact on the working life of the motor.Based on this,through actual working condition tests,the impact of different working conditions on the working life of the crusher's drive motor was determined,and suggestions were made for the hydraulic system design,performance parameter indication and proper use of the airborne crusher for coal mines.
