摘  要:压力容器应力测试试验对于保证压力容器运行安全可靠具有重要的意义。矩形压力容器一般在外部采用加强筋提高承载能力,因此相较于圆柱形和球形容器受力复杂。针对某海水淡化中试装置矩形容器,采用电阻应变片电测法设计了一套应力测试试验数据采集系统,并对该矩形容器半水工况及运行工况进行了应力测试试验,得到了该矩形容器不同位置的Mises应力变化值及分布规律,最后根据测试应变数据进行了强度分析。结果表明:相比于半水工况,矩形容器在运行工况下Mises应力更大,且Mises应力最大值为247.09 MPa。该矩形容器受力危险点区域主要集中在壳体中部位置,壳体边缘应力较小。本研究可为工程中电阻应变片电测试验提供参考,同时也可为矩形容器优化设计提供参考。The test of stress distribution and characteristics of pressure vessel is of great significance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of pressure vessel.For the rectangular vessels,the external stiffeners are used to improve their bearing capacity,so their stresses are more complex than that of cylindrical and spherical vessels.In this paper,a set of data acquisition system of stress test was self-developed for a rectangular vessel of desalination pilot plant by using the electrical resistance strain gauge method.All stress tests were carried out under the half-water and operation conditions,the Mises stress and its variation at different positions of the rectangular vessel was obtained.According to the measured strain data,the strength analysis was conducted.The results indicated that the Mises stress of the rectangular vessel under operation conditions is larger than that under the half-water condition in which the maximum Mises stress is 247.09 MPa.The dangerous area of the rectangular vessel is mainly in the middle of the shell,and the stress on the edge of the shell is small.This study could provide an analysis method for a rectangular vessel of desalination pilot plant and the optimal design of rectangular vessels.
