抗战时期申新四厂内迁探析

摘　　要：[研究意义]申新四厂是荣氏家族纱厂中非常优秀的一家纱厂,也是抗战时期荣家九家纱厂中唯一一家大规模进行内迁的纱厂,而且在内地经营十分繁荣,甚至为中国西部地区工业化进程作出巨大的贡献。[研究方法]文章采用描述性分析和独立样本的方法,基于大量史料,探讨了抗日战争时期申新第四纺织厂在迁往内地时设备和运营方面的问题。[研究结果与结论]研究认为:(1)申新四厂内迁的决策是正确的,是其取得抗战时期大发展的首要前提。(2)申新四厂内迁工厂具备生产纺纱设备的能力,是其成功的关键。(3)员工福利设施对员工流失有抵制作用。(4)申新四厂宝鸡分厂通过特定的时局,将地理劣势做成发展机遇。Shenxin No.4 Factory was one of the most outstanding cotton mills of the Rong family,and the only one of the nine mills of the Rong family that moved to the interior on a large scale during the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan,which developed prosperously in the interior areas,and even made tremendous contributions to the industrialization process of Western China.Based on a large number of historical data,this paper discusses the equipment and operation related problems of Shenxin No.4 Textile Factory when it moved to the interior during the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan by meth⁃ods of descriptive analysis and independent samples.The research concludes that:1)Shenxin No.4 Factory’s decision to move to the interior was correct,which was the primary premise of its great development during the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan;2)The key to its success lied in its capacity to manufacture spinning equipment;3)Employee’s welfare facilities helped resist employee turnover;4)Baoji Branch of Shenxin No.4 Factory transformed its geographical disadvantages into devel⁃opment opportunities through specific current political situation.
