摘  要:[研究目的和方法]建立服装面料中烷基酚(AP)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APnEO,n=2~16)的亲水作用色谱(HILIC)测定方法。用甲醇超声提取服装面料中的AP和APnEO,提取液经浓缩和净化后,用配有荧光检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定,选用HILIC色谱柱,外标法定量。[研究结果]结果表明:服装面料中烷基酚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚在不同材质中,低、中、高浓度的加标回收率为84.5%~102.2%,相对标准偏差<6.8%,方法检出限为0.1mg/kg~1.0mg/kg。本方法快速、简易、稳定,可应用于服装面料中烷基酚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的实际检测分析。The purpose of this research is to develop a new method for determination of alkylphenols and alkylphenol ethoxyl⁃ates in garment fabric by hydrophilic interaction chromatography.The garment fabric was extracted by ultrasonic technique for 60 min with methanol at 50℃,then cleaned up by HLB solid phase extraction column.The separation was performed on HILIC column,then determined by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector and quantified by external stan⁃dard method.The results show that the limits of quantification(LOQ,)were in range of 0.1~1.0 mg/kg,The recoveries of alkyl⁃phenols and alkylphenol ethoxylates ranged from 84.5%to 102.2%with relative standard deviations(RSD)less than 6.8%.This method is rapid,simple and stable,and suitable for quantitative and confirmatory analysis of alkylphenols and alkylphenol ethox⁃ylates in garment fabric.
