摘  要:为了研究阀门阀杆密封问题,分析了阀门密封件的工作状态,提出上密封泄漏是阀门失效的主要原因。针对上密封泄漏问题,提出对阀杆密封改进设计的技术要点和改进设计的技术实施方案。密封垫设计为V形断面结构,利用结构弹性变形与弹性回复能够补偿的原理,通过挤压弹性变形实现上密封的密封,通过弹性回复补偿密封垫内孔尺寸的磨损,工作压力越大密封效果越好。密封垫结构与制造工艺简单,投入成本低,适于专业化量产。改进技术安装调试方便快捷,能可靠密封并延长密封垫寿命,保证阀门运行安全可靠。In order to study the valve stem sealing problem,the working state of the valve seal is analyzed,and the upper seal leakage is proposed as the main reason for valve failure.Aiming at the problem of upper seal leakage,the technical key points of the improved design of the valve stem seal and the technical implementation plan for the improved design are proposed.The sealing gasket is designed as a V-shaped cross-section structure.By using the principle that the structure can be compensated for elastic deformation and elastic recovery,the upper seal is sealed by squeezing elastic deformation,and the wear of the inner hole of the sealing gasket is compensated by elastic recovery.The greater the working pressure,the better the sealing effect.The sealing gasket has simple structure and manufacturing process,low investment cost,and is suitable for professional mass production.The improved technology is convenient and quick to install and debug,can reliably seal and prolong the life of the sealing gasket,and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the valve.
