摘　　要：针对塔机的平衡臂、回转塔身、起重臂之间连接的快速检测,设计专用检具以解决塔机制作过程中的检测问题。从塔机设计的关联尺寸入手,按照专用检具设计原则,确定检具基本构架,在保证材质强度、刚度可靠的前提下完成相应专用检具设计,使塔机制造商完成塔机快速检测工作的重要环节。Aiming at the rapid detection of the connection between the balance arm,slewing tower body,and lifting arm of the tower crane,a special inspection tool is designed to solve the detection problem in the production of the tower crane.Starting from the relevant dimensions of the tower crane design,the basic structure of the inspection fixture is determined in accordance with the design principles of the special inspection fixture.Under the premise of ensuring material strength and rigidity,the corresponding special inspection fixture design is completed,so that the tower crane manufacturer can complete the important link of the tower crane rapid inspection work.
