摘 要:风冷冷水中央空调机组在运行时会产生结构振动,在设计时需要考虑配置一定数量的减振垫。减振垫的配置包括减振垫的选型及在机组底梁上的布置。减振垫型号选取不合适或者位置分布不合理会造成各个减振垫的压缩变形量不一致,从而导致机组底盘的水平度变差,进而影响机组正常运行。文中结合客户现场反馈的风冷冷水机组水平度问题,通过有限元仿真计算讨论了引起该问题的原因及解决方法,为以后的产品设计提供了经验积累。The air-cooled chiller unit will produce structural vibration when running and adding a certain number of isolators underneath the unit should be considered in the design.The configuration of the isolators includes the type selection and the layout on the base frame of unit.Improper type selection or unreasonable location layout will result in inconsistent compression deformation of each isolator as well as the poor levelness of the unit base frame,thus affecting the normal unit operation.Based on the feedback on the levelness issue of air-cooled chiller from customers,this paper discusses the causes and improvement solutions in terms of the bad unit levelness through the finite element analysis,so as to provide related design guidelines and experiences for future product development.
