摘 要:通过FLUENT对不同结构的DN600口径的三偏心蝶阀模型进行流场数值分析,得到阀门内部的流场分布。通过蝶阀内部压力和速度矢量分布情况,找出影响流量系数和流阻系数的结构因素。然后优化蝶板、密封圈、压板结构减小流通阻力,增大流量系数,以满足工程需求。同时对满足工程需求的三偏心蝶阀进行不同开度下的流量分析,拟合出阀门流量特性曲线,为三偏心蝶阀的调节范围提供参考依据。This paper uses FLUENT to perform numerical analysis on the flow field of DN600 three-eccentric butterfly valve models with different structures,and obtain the flow field distribution inside the valve.Through the internal pressure and velocity vector distribution of the butterfly valve,the structural factors that affect the flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient are found out.Then the structure of the butterfly plate,sealing ring,and pressure plate are optimized to reduce the flow resistance and increase the flow coefficient to meet the engineering needs.At the same time,the flow analysis of the triple eccentric butterfly valve that meets the engineering needs is carried out at different opening degrees,and the valve flow characteristic curve is fitted to provide a reference for the adjustment range of the triple eccentric butterfly valve.
