摘  要:大斜度井水平井大多安装有井下封隔器,油套管之间不连通,无法从油套环空加注液体泡排剂;由于其井身结构限制,更无法实施气举排水。对于此类井,最适合的排水采气工艺是从油管加注固体泡排剂。在MX005-H1井实施了固体泡排加注工艺试验,室内试验证明选用的UT-6型固体泡排剂起泡性能和配伍性满足气井需要。实施固体泡排加注工艺后,气井产气量和产水量大幅度增加,油套压差明显降低,成功带出了井底积液,达到了排水采气目的。研究结果表明:固体泡排技术适用于大斜度井水平井排水采气;相比棒状固体泡排剂,球状固体泡排剂可以下入大斜度井水平井造斜点以下更深的位置,排水采气效果更好,可以在川东地区推广应用。Most horizontal wells of highly deviated wells are equipped with downhole packers,and tubing and casing are not connected,so it is impossible to inject liquid foam drainage agent from the annulus between tubing and casing.Because of the limitation of well structure,gas lift drainage can not be implemented.For this kind of wells,the most suitable drainage gas production technology is to inject solid foam agents from the tubing.The injection process test of solid foam drainage agent was carried out in the Well MX005-H1.The laboratory test showed that the foaming performance and compatibility of the UT-6 solid foam drainage agent can meet the requirements of the MX005-H1 well.After the implementation of the solid foam drainage agent injection process,the gas and water production of the gas well has been greatly increased,and the pressure difference between tubing and casing has been significantly reduced.The bottom hole liquid has been successfully brought out and the purpose of drainage and gas recovery has been achieved.The research results showed that the solid bubble drainage technology is suitable for the drainage and gas recovery of highly-deviated horizontal;in the comparison of ball-shaped and rod-shaped solid bubble drainage agents,the ball-shaped can be lowered into a deeper position below the deflection point and has better drainage gas recovery effect.The drainage gas recovery technology can be promoted and applied in the eastern Sichuan Basin.
