摘  要:Parahuacu油田位于厄瓜多尔56、57油区,该油田已进入开发的中后期,主力油藏为NAPO组U、T层砂岩,属于低压高渗储层,部分地层油水活跃。针对尾管固井对油层封固质量和油层孔隙低伤害的双重要求,通过研究固井对储层伤害、水泥浆防水窜及前置液界面增强机理等,优选了低密度减轻材料HGS6000、低密度悬浮稳定剂BCJ-310S、界面增强剂SS-5L,形成了低伤害防窜水泥浆体系、复合酸性界面增强前置液体系及配套工艺技术,解决了低密度水泥浆强度低稳定性差、水泥浆污染储层、水泥环界面胶结强度低等问题。前期施工的两口井油层优质率100%,尾管全井段优质率90%,投产后日均增产原油10m3/d,原油含水率下降3%,显示了良好的应用效果,为后续尾管固井施工提供了技术支撑,为该油田持续增产稳产创造了良好条件。The Parahuacu Oilfield is located in Block 56 and 57 of Ecuador,which has entered the middle and late stages of development.The main oil reservoirs are sandstones in the U and T layers of the NAPO Formation,which are low-pressure and highpermeability reservoirs with active oil and water in some formations.Aiming at the dual requirements of liner cementing for oil-layer sealing quality and low layer-pore damage,low-density mitigation material HGS6000,low-density suspension stabilizer BCJ-310 S,and interface enhancement additive SS-5 L were optimized by researching on damage mechanism of cementing to the oil reservoir,antiwater channeling mechanism of cement slurry,and interface enhancement mechanism of pad fluid,etc.It was formed the low damage and anti-channeling cement slurry,the composite acid interface enhancement pre-fluid system,and supplementary techniques,which solve the problems of low-density cement slurry with low strength and poor stability,cement slurry pollution to the reservoir,and low cement ring interface cement strength.The oil layer quality rate of the two wells constructed in the early stage was 100%,and the quality rate of the whole liner section was 90%.The average daily oil production was increased by 10 m3/d,and the water cut of crude oil was decreased by 3%after putting into production,showing a good application effect.The cementing operation provides technical support and creates good conditions for the oilfield to continuously increase and stabilize production.
