摘 要:水平井由于泄油面积大、产量高,在渤海海上油田获得了广泛应用。渤海K油田A3H井是一口底水油藏水平井,采用优质筛管防砂,生产过程中由于防砂筛管破裂,导致油井出砂,产量不断降低,面临停产的风险,需要预测水平段出砂位置并进行出砂治理,从而快速恢复产能。基于油藏渗流理论,根据镜像反映和质量守恒原理推导出地层中的势分布,据此得到了水平井的产液剖面。根据计算的该水平井高产液段分布并综合分析冲蚀等因素的影响,得到了该井的出砂段位置。针对该井在水平段设计下入带生产滑套的中心管丢手管柱,中心管通过封隔器实现三段分采功能,通过关闭出砂段的滑套达到防止地层出砂的目的。该井作业后恢复到正常产能且不再出砂,有效提高了经济效益,其治理对策可供其他类似水平井借鉴。Horizontal wells have been widely used in Bohai offshore oilfield due to their large drainage area and high production.The Well A3 H in Bohai K Oilfield is a horizontal well in a bottom water reservoir,where high-quality screens are adopted to control sand.During the production process,due to the broken sand control screen,the oil well was sanded,and the output was continuously reduced.It faced the risk of production shutdown.It was necessary to predict the location of sand production in the horizontal section,and perform sand production control,to quickly recover production capacity.Based on the theory of reservoir percolation,the potential distribution in the formation was deduced according to the principles of mirror image reflection and mass conservation,and the liquid production profile of the horizontal well was obtained accordingly.Based on the calculated distribution of the high-yield fluid section of the horizontal well and the comprehensive analysis of the influence of factors such as erosion,it was obtained the location of the sandproducing section of the well.For this well,a central pipe with a production sliding sleeve was inserted in the horizontal section of the well.And then the three-stage separation function of the central pipe was realized through a packer,and the sliding sleeve of the sand production section was closed to prevent sand production in the formation.After the well was operated,it returned to normal productivity and no longer produced sand,which effectively improved economic benefits.The sand production control strategy can be used as a reference for other similar horizontal wells.
