摘　　要：通过合理配料,粗炼炉强化脱磷,出钢过程留钢留渣,进入LF炉后升温化渣,采用强脱氧剂铝粉和碳粉进行扩散脱氧,真空脱气处理,并进行钙处理改变MnS夹杂物形态,真空浇注等手段,成功冶炼出内部质量优良的大型钢锭。By adopting the reasonable burdening and following processes during smelting,such as strictly dephosphorization in the roughing furnace,retaining the molten steel and the steel slag during steel tapping,increasing temperature to smelt the slag in LF,aluminum powder and carbon powder used for diffusible deoxidation,vacuum degassing and changing MnS inclusion shape by calcium treatment,vacuum casting,large steel ingots with excellent internal quality has been successfully smelted.
