摘　　要：介绍了将国产不锈钢双层电渣堆焊材料应用于12Cr2Mo1V钢加氢反应器内壁堆焊的制造技术。采用适当的焊接规范参数,通过焊接操作和焊接工艺的控制,经100%超声检测、渗透检测,化学成分分析、铁素体检测,结果显示堆焊层性能均满足技术要求。The manufacturing technology of applying domestic stainless steel double-layer electroslag surfacing material to the inner wall of the 12Cr2Mo1V steel hydrogenation reactor has been introduced.Appropriate welding specification parameters have been adopted.Through the control of welding operation and welding process,and 100%ultrasonic testing,penetration testing,chemical composition analysis,and ferrite testing,the results show that the performance of the surfacing layer meets the technical requirements.
