摘  要:该文研究了不同掺量的塔底灰和活化剂对新型复合矿物掺合料性能的影响,同时,借助X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等现代测试技术,对新型复合矿物掺合料的水化机理进行了研究。以PO 42.5级的水泥、矿粉、钢渣、粉煤灰作为胶凝材料的基本组分,加入不同比例的塔底灰或活化剂作为激发剂,通过测试胶凝材料的物理性能来探讨塔底灰和活化剂对复合矿物掺合料性能的影响。结果表明:塔底灰加入最佳比例为6%时,胶凝材料7 d抗压强度为34 MPa;活化剂加入最佳比例为2.0%,胶凝材料28 d抗压强度为53.1 MPa。将塔底灰加入到混凝土中作为掺合料,既可以改善混凝土掺合料的性能,又可以降低塔底灰对环境的污染,具有良好的社会、经济及环保效益。The effects of different content of desulfurized ash and activator on the properties of concrete admixtures are studied.The main purpose is to improve the activity of admixtures.The microstructure and hydration products of cementitious materials are analyzed and characterized by XRD and SEM.The cement,mineral powder,steel slag and fly ash of PO 42.5 strength grade are used as the basic components of cementitious materials.The proportion of them is fixed,and different proportions of desulfurization ash or activator are added as activator.The influence of desulfurization ash and activator on the performance of concrete admixtures is discussed by testing the mechanical properties of mortar blocks.The results show that the optimal addition ratio of desulfurization ash is 6%,and the 7 d compressive strength of the test block is 34 MPa.The optimum proportion of activator is 2.0%,and the 28 d compressive strength of the test block is 53.1 MPa.Adding desulfurization ash into concrete as admixture can reduce the pollution of desulfurization ash to the environment,reduce the preparation cost of admixture,and use a large number of solid waste,which has good social,economic and environmental benefits.
