触媒陶瓷滤管一体化干法烟气脱除技术在玻纤行业中的应用

摘　　要：该文以国内玻纤行业某烟气治理工程项目采用触媒陶瓷纤维滤管脱硫脱氟脱硝除尘一体化干法烟气净化工艺装置为例,分析了玻璃纤维窑烟气的特点,提出了干法脱硫脱氟脱硝除尘技术——陶瓷滤管脱硝除尘+两级串联脱硫处理。经工程实践运行监测,该综合烟气治理技术脱硫效率≥95%,脱氟效率≥98%,脱硝效率≥95%,除尘效率≥99.9%,系统运行稳定,投资费用低,运行费用低。Based on a flue gas treatment project in domestic glass fiber industry as an example,in which the integrated dry purification(desulfurization,defluorination,denitration and dust removal)process unit for flue gas of catalyst ceramics filter tube is adopted,this paper analyses the characteristics of flue gas in glass fiber furnace,and proposes dry technology for desulfurization,defluorination,denitration and dust removal—denitration and dust removal plus two-stage series desulfurization treatment for ceramics filter tube.Through engineering practice,operation and monitoring for this comprehensive flue gas treatment technology,we have got the results with desulfurization efficiency≥95%,defluorination efficiency≥98%,denitration efficiency≥95%and dust removal efficiency≥99.9%.Besides,the results show that this system runs stably with low investment and operation cost.
