摘  要:煤尘治理是保障煤炭安全生产和一线工人健康的重要措施。基于泡泡煤尘除尘新技术,通过初筛、单体测试、复配等实验,确定了无烟煤粉尘的除尘发泡液最佳配方:0.7%K12A、0.9%SDS、1%AOS液。通过对发泡设备性能测试,发现发泡量与风量大小呈正相关,风量越大,其单位时间内的发泡量就越大。通过无烟煤粉尘的泡泡除尘实验,发现在2 min左右时间内,除尘效率即可达到90%以上。文章的研究可为煤尘治理提供新技术支持。Coal dust control is an important measure to ensure the safety of coal production and the health of front-line workers.Based on the new dust removal technology with bubble, the best formula of anthracite dust foaming liquid was determined by preliminary screening, monomer test and compound experiment, including 0.7%K12 A, 0.9%SDS and 1%AOS liquid.Through the performance test of the foaming equipment, it is found that the foaming amount is positively correlated with the size of the air volume. The greater the air volume, the greater the foaming amount per unit time.Through the dust removal experiment of anthracite dust wiht bubble, it is found that the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 90% within about 2 min.The research in this paper can provide new technical support for coal dust control.
