摘  要:小型重力循环水电解制氢设备是专门为解决气象用氢研发的一款小型碱性水电解制氢设备,该设备自动化程度高,操作简单。但氢氧液位自动调节平衡始终是各型号水电解制氢设备研发和使用都需要高度注意的问题。通过多设备,长时间跟踪观察,引起氢氧液位波动大的原因有多种,文中将液位控制原理和故障原因整理归纳,以使重力循环水电解制氢能更好的服务于用户,减少故障的发生。The small gravity circulating water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment is small alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment specially developed to solve the problem of meteorological hydrogen.The equipment has a high degree of automation and simple operation.However,the automatic adjustment and balance of hydrogen and oxygen liquid level is always a problem that needs high attention in the development and use of various types of water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment.Through multiple devices and long-term follow-up observations,there are many reasons for large fluctuations of hydrogen and oxygen liquid level.In this paper,the principle of liquid level control and fault causes are summarized,so that hydrogen production by gravity circulating water electrolysis can better serve users and reduce the occurrence of faults.
