摘　　要：通过对一起以电商平台为载体的网店经营违法消毒产品案件的分析,总结数字经济背景下,违法行为查处中电子数据证据的取得及应用、探讨法律适用、法律责任认定,并对消毒产品的监督管理及法律法规的完善提出建议。By the Analysis of an administrative penalty case of illegal disinfectant products business of an on-line shop on e-commerce platform,this paper summarized the obtainment and application of electronic evidence on the investigation and handling of illegal acts,discussed on the application of laws and the ascertainment of legal responsibility in the context of digital economy.We provided several suggestions for the supervision and management on the disinfectant products and improvement of laws and regulations.
