摘　　要：在全民战"疫"的当下,公共卫生安全和医疗卫生安全备受各界关注,面对卫生监督人力与监管对象数量严重不匹配的情况,基层卫生监督机构探索创新型监管模式势在必行。作为"新冠"疫情防控工作的主力军,苏州市高新区卫生监督所首创"智慧卫监,阳光执法"行动,依托在线监测平台,围绕"再监督"思路,探索"互联网+卫监+纪检"工作模式,拓展"阳光执法"内涵,助力疫情防控,实现了监督更高效、执法更阳光的新模式。In the period of fighting against COVID-19,public health and healthcare safety have attracted the attention.Under the mismatch between health supervision personnel and supervised entities,it is imperative to explore a new supervision model.The institute of health inspection of Suzhou National New&Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone,which was the mainstay of fighting COVID-19,initiated an action named"smart health inspection and public law enforcement".This action based on the on-line monitoring platform and the idea of re-supervision,and explored the supervision model of"internet+health supervision+discipline inspection".Furthermore,it helped the control of epidemic and efficient supervisions.
